Hey Eben, I was a pleasure listening to my old friend Wyatt Woodsmall on the teleseminar. He is truly a repository of encyclopedic knowledge of human behavior.

I just want to remind Wyatt of the Framework of Congruency. Basically the Framework of Congruency states that "HOW you communicate is as important as WHAT you communicate." What Wyatt offered was a good data dump of information BUT I'm still missing the translation and implimentation. My suggestion is that in future presentations his style of presentation, in fact, actually teaches what he wants to communicates.

Hello Eben,

I have watched all your videos and attended both webinars. The videos and content you have on this blog are second to none! You give away such great content that no-one will be able to match! Unforunately, both webinars I attended were not so good. It's not that the content wasn't great, but neither one had sound, and the Cover clinic webinar froze up! You can only get so much from a powerpoint presentation without sound! I'm not sure if anyone else had this problem, but if you plan on using the same webinar program for the Guru Mastermind program, you may want to look into it!

So if I may, I'd like to share a little about me with you. An Information Advice Business is something that I have always wanted to have, but being employed full-time, and a father of 3 boys, it doesn't leave alot of free time to work on my business. Well I recieved some good news at work last Friday; I have been laid-off indefinitely. Now I know what people may be thinking, 'laid-off is good news'? Well it is a double edged sword. Money-wise it is not good news, but time wise it is great news! You see, I couldn't buy the time that I now have to actually commit to working on this business, and committed I am! Also, this lay-off has taught me a valuable lesson; the last 10 years working for a company in a supervisor role has got me what? You have to find a way to provide for yourself and your family!!

So how have I progressed with the info you have given? Well first of all let me say that I know you have been looking for posts from people to show speed of implementation, and although I'm not sure that what I have accomplished so far falls into that category, what I do know is that 'haste makes waste', and I don't just plan on doing this, I plan on doing this right, so 'speed' isn't top on my 'to do list'. Here is what I have done so far: I have the outline of my business and the products I will be offering. I will be offering E-books (some of my own, some from affiliates), free 15 minute consultations (thanks for this one!),one hour one-on one consultations (again thanks to you),which will revolve around the 12 areas that my company focuses on. These one hour consultations will offer 'quick fixes' that people can implement right away and see some success. I have out lined an entire training curriculm which takes the 12 one-hour consultations, and expands them in more depth. These 'in-depth' training sessions can be taken individually, or as an entire training package (at a very attractive discount of course!) I have also given the entire program a 'brand name'. I also have compiled approx. 65 newsletter articles to send out in e-mails to my opt-ins. I also have a few e-books to give away to my opt-ins as a 'free bonus'(although I'll never be able to move the 'free line' as far as you!). I am also in the process of developing my sales video. My landing page is going to have a video instead of a sales page, because I believe in the power of a good video!

As for what's next, I have a lot of work ahead of me. I now need to actually develop the one-on-one consultations, and all of the 'in-depth' training curriculm into a format for delivery.( I have all the info, I just need to put it into audio or video format,which will be ALOT of work!!) I am looking forward to the challenge! I also have alot of questions that I need to get answered!

I know this post has got long, and I'm just about to wrap it up. Once again Eben, I sincerely thank-you for all the great info you share with us. It is the best by far! I am looking forward to the Guru Mastermind Program, and many years of working with you.(that is if I don't starve from being un-employed! Hi Eben--I have been faithfully listening and engaging in the videos and teleseminars and webinar--THANK YOU--I have many pages of notes and have been testing my retention by relaying some of it to my daughter (who is my biz partner). I have the same questions about some details re: scholarships and details about where and when of the live seminars. I own a retail biz with my daughter and we need to plan way ahead for trips and trainings out of town. Also, am wondering if you might offer a discount or scholarship if I brought her along. Lastly, I agree with Mr. Turner that while Wyatt's info was phenomenal, his teaching style was a bit disorganized and hard to follow. As a long-time trainer, I am really sensitive to that issue. So, that's my two cents and questions--but again, I have gotten SO much from you already--thank you!!!!

I have a number of websites which bring in a small amount of $$$ so I've been interested in all that you have provided and, well I thought I'd thought I rise to the challenge.

But before I come clean I have to say your going to laugh "at me" not in a good way but thats okay I have broad shoulders.

The "one" thing that I don't have is a "LIST".

Yes I know its sad but its true. I have spent the past 3-4 years building sites, selling affiliate products and my own but until last week I hadn't bothered with list building.

So last week, I went to one of the forums of which I am a member & I posted a simple comment offering help with PR back-link building.
Now some of these guys are pretty good at what they do, but still I posted a comment offering to send anyone who was interested, a link to a video which details in a simpple step by step process how to find quality sites with pagerank that you can get a one way back link from.

To my surprise I have had over 20 requests in under 6 days and this is growing daily.

But what is really good is these guys and girls are asking for more help with other stuff.

I know my actions are small in comparisson to others here but hey thats okay, I took action and I got results and thats what its all about.

Eben, can one get emotional in business?

Or I thought of rephrasing of your course- How to turn what you feel into money!

I am very interested in joining your Guru MasterMind program but I am most concerned about the training schedule.

What are the most likely days of the week and (more importantly) what are the times of day?

What about the live teleseminars, conference calls, training sessions, etc.? If I have to miss a few due to scheduling conflicts, what about "making-up" a session? Will there be a way to see (or listen to) a recorded version of the training?

Or what if I simply want to "review" a previous training session to get a better understanding of a particular subject?

My biggest concern about this program is that I need to have all webinars, videos, and teleconferences on my hard drive so that I can use it as a reference. This is the way I learn: in chunks that I review and squeeze until I get the most out of it.

Firstly, I wanted to share some realizations I hope will help others out there who may be in the same boat I was, to prevent from wasting Eben's time and yours, and your $$ too. When going through the Cover clinic exercise, I realized that my knowledge and specialization had not achieved the level of crystalization to be an EXPERT, and my table of contents was lacking in some areas. I got pulled into the hype, and I wonder if there are others out there who may have too, and thought that this program will magically fill in all the gaps in information that I didn't have in my specialization. If you're reading this and you aren't an expert in your field yet, I'm going to suggest you spend the next year FOCUSING and MASTERING your knowledge, till you get it deep in your core, then come back and signup a year from now.

Eben, I'm the guy that left the msg on the mantransformation vmail saying my dream was to be mentored by you. It still is, and I thank you for explaining how this is a pilot program, which gives me time to prepare myself personally and financially to sign up for the relaunch next year.

Ya, so besides how I haven't mastered controlling my ADD and room for improvement in inner maturity, I'm also blaming Jeff Walker's wildly incredible PL formula, that youve implemented so well, as a reason for being pulled off the road to Mastery. For me, that means conquering my personal effectiveness habits that have been misguided by growing up with ADD; continuing my studies of Copywriting (with readings from the Other Robert Bly); and researching and perfecting my theorem of human Confidence.

I know EXACTLY what you mean when you talk about keeping the hosers out.

I always tell prospective clients that getting the body and health they want will take hard work and they better be willing to do it.

And I know exactly what you mean about being coachable � some people are just too stubborn.

I really understand the process of doing the basics consistently over time. It's EXACTLY the same in fitness.

Everyone wants some fancy exercises, when all they need to do is work consistently at the simple exercises and try to improve little by little from week to week.

Eben, I realize that about the worst possible outcome for you would be to grant me the scholarship and then I drop the ball.

People have asked me to be their fitness mentor for FREE and then droped the ball after I put A LOT thought and energy into helping them. It sucked.

Hey Carl from Belgium, I'm also from Europe. The webinars always start at a time when it is either 2am or 3am here in Germany. But it is very much worth it and I got used to this. I hope to see some European folks at the live seminars / summits. Eben asks us to attend at least 2 summits. That's just not enough. I need to attend all 4 of them! Looking forward to it

First thanks Eban - it is great content, clearly explained and I like the manner in which you present. Have a business doing OK but I want it to fly so interested in your program. Like a poster above, concerned about training schedules and replays etc. I know live sessions are better and more interactive but my overseas schedule will almost for sure disallow my attendance at some live sessions. Also hope this is not like a similar recent launch when after definite deadline pressure etc., others were offered a cheaper DVD only version at a later date. I would be happy to have this option because I can learn well this way. So fill us in on these aspects please.

I wanted to make a suggestion about the Summits...

It would be great if the Content Summit could be first so we can create the great products first, before seeking to build our customers and conversions.
It'd save rework and wasted money on stuff that's below standard, and would generally shorten the implementation timeline. I hope you'll consider it.

Unfortunately, I will not be available to attend any Friday evening and Saturday training sessions.

I have identified 3 possible options - none of which are perfect.

1- Don't join.

2- Pay for someone else to join and have them teach me the content. A collorary of that being - have that someone attend the the sessions that I do not attend, and teach me the content.

3- Attend the sessions other than Friday evening and Saturday and use recorded material where available.

So my question is - do you see any other possible options that should be considered and if not, are any of the options I listed acceptable to you?

I awaited anxiously for the application, but I am not able to afford it. I was hoping there would be a much smaller monthly payment plan.
If you were beginning and didn't have an income and had to pay five hundred dollars a month, and I am sure you can remember those days, when all you had was your computer, bed and a book, you can understand where I am coming from.
So, that is where I am at. I had to make a choice between my house payment and Guru Mastermind.
I will just have to be content to take the information that you have provided, most unselfishly, and implement, implement, implement.
It's hard on the soul when you know you are ready and willing, but that money word keeps getting in the way.
I know it will be a struggle, but it will be a learning process.
